By Coach

From London (travel time 1.5 - 2 hours ) "Oxford Tube" or "Espress"

From Heathrow (approx 1.5 hours), Gatwick (approx 2 hours) "The Airline, X70"

From Stansted (3 - 3.5 hrs) and Luton(2 hrs) "National Express"

Once in Oxford you may alight at one of three places:

1. St. Clements:
Walk forward to the roundabout (The Plain) and double back left on to Iffley Road. 5 minutes on the right is a long wooden fence (University Sports Ground) then the Greyfriars Church. Heather House is the 5th house past the church.

2. Queen's Lane on High Street:
Cross the road and wait for a Rose Hill bus (3 or 4) to the Greyfriars Church. Heather House is opposite the bus stop.

3. Gloucester Green Coach Terminus:
There's a taxi rank (£5 - £6) or a Rose Hill bus (4A/B/C) from New Road. Walk 1 minute right on George Street then cross over to curve left for 2 minutes to New Road bus stop. Heather House is opposite the Greyfriars Church bus stop.

By Train

Fast trains leave Paddington (London) every 30 minutes for the 1 hour journey to Oxford. (There is a frequent 1 hour train from Heathrow to Paddington but most people find the X70 Heathrow to Oxford bus quicker, cheaper and more convenient). At Oxford Railway Station you can catch a taxi (£5 - £6) or take the Rose Hill bus (4A/B/C) to Greyfriars Church from the traffic island on the main road outside the station. Heather House is opposite the bus stop.
